GTA 6 businesses: nightclubs, diners and the property question
Vice City's business life - the nightclubs and diners in the footage, and whether buying property and running empires will return in GTA 6.
Businesses in the footage
The trailers and the extended look show a working commercial city: a neon nightclub that anchors the nightlife scenes, a roadside diner on the rural highway, an arcade on the boardwalk, convenience stores in street shots, and a strip club that is very much in the series' tradition.
These are Community observations. They confirm the world has businesses; they say nothing about whether you can own them.
The property question
Buying real estate has come and gone across the series - apartments in Vice City's original, businesses in San Andreas, offices and warehouses in GTA Online. Fans expect buyable properties in GTA VI, and the economic systems reported in leaks (a dual-currency economy) would give property a natural home.
The expectation is reasonable. The confirmation does not exist yet.
Empire-building potential
The strongest fan theory: a business-empire system where owned nightclubs and front companies generate income and open missions - the Vice City formula modernized. If the reported economy mechanics are real, this is where they would live. Speculation, clearly labelled.
